We conduct research in the fields of arcing faults and switching arcs. Both the basic properties of arcs and detection algorithms are investigated.
Seminars
The experimental demonstrations illustrate the dangers posed by electric arcs in the low-voltage range. Participants are made aware of the need for suitable protective measures.
Equipment
Arc test stand with 10kA, measurement technology, high-speed camera, test dummies, arc fault protection systems, demonstration setups
Target group
Research institutes, training and further education centers, specialists, supervisors, technicians and technically interested parties.
